Note: This is only a sample. The real form will be filled and issued by the
government official whose signature is on file with the
Foreign Ministry of China. Each authorized office has a unique
4-digit number verified by the Foreign Ministry. None of the
other persons has the authorization to fill or sign the form.
- All Expedited Chinese Visa Services (24 hours and 48 hours)
are suspended in Chinese Consulate effective on April 15, 2008.
Normal Visa Processing remains 4 to 5 working days in the
Consulate.
- From April 14, 2008, Chinese Consulate starts to require a
Round Trip Flight Tickets Reservation to China and Hotel
Reservation Confirmation to issue Chinese visa .
Please make sure to enclose them in the application package,
otherwise visa will not be issued.
- All Non-US passports can only be issued Two Months
Single Entry Chinese visa at maximum in the United of
States, and a Copy
of Permanent Resident Card (green card) or a Valid
I-94 Form is required to process Chinese visa for Non-US
passport. Please make sure they are enclosed in the application
package.
- Tourist Visa is limited to One
Month Single Entry for US passport holders.
Tourist visa for
individual Non-US passport application
will not be issued.
- A Completed and Signed Application Form

- Valid Passport with Expiration Date more than Six Months Beyond
the Intended Stay in China, and (with At Least Two Blank Pages)
- One recent passport style color photo, with full face, front
view, no hat, and against a plain light background.
Please note that all those rules and regulations
were just announced and became effective immediately. It is highly likely
that the rules and regulations will continue to change. Accordingly, we
strongly recommend that if you will need a visa in the near future you
should (1) allow ample time for us to prepare and process the
application; and (2) apply for a visa as soon as possible before
any new rules and regulations are announced.
