Russia Business Visa Requirements:​

​

 1. Valid Passport with an expiration date greater than six months from the date of entry and at least three blank pages

​

​2. Completed and Signed Application Form. The application must be filled out electronically at:

   https://visa.kdmid.ru.

• Select country where you will be applying from (U.S.) and language preference

• Check the box located at the bottom of the page marked "I have read this information" then click "completed new application form" button.

• Choose a security question, be sure to write down question and answer to log back into application. Complete the security CAPTCHA then click “Submit." Print out or manually save application ID.

• The entire application must be filled out. If you do not have the invitation letter yet, then leave the sections about the invitation letter blank. We will complete that portion once your invitation letter is received.

3. Two recent passport-style color photos, with full face, front view, no hat, and against a plain white  

    background.

​

4. An official invitation from the Russian Foreign Ministry or its regional representatives or from the Russian Ministry of Interior (Voucher)

• If the official Russian visa invitation was submitted directly to the Embassy of Russia or the Russian Consulate, send us a record of the telex visa invitation number and date it should be received by the Consulate.

• If you do not have an invitation letter, we can apply for the invitation letter for you. It will take an additional few days to process your visa. If you request a shorter visa (i.e. one month single entry visa), it will take a shorter time to process the invitation letter. Please email us a clear, color copy of the applicant’s passport and completed application as soon as possible, so we can request the voucher prior to receiving the complete application package.

• If you have already obtained an invitation letter from the Russian Foreign Ministry, we must have the original letter.

Business Visa - A Business Visa is issued to a person who is invited to Russia for business.

​

Tourist Visa - A Tourist Visa is issued to a person who comes to Russia for sightseeing, visiting family members/friends or other private purposes.

Please call or email our office to request rush service and to make sure that you have all required documents. Please note that if you request a short visa (i.e. one month single entry visa), it will take a shorter time to process the invitation letter. Any errors in the application materials can delay the process of obtaining a visa.

*An additional shipment fee will be charge in order to send the application materials to the Russian Embassy in Washington D.C. to be processed. This cost will be charged either through the provided shipping account or through the USCCC account.

​USCCC accepts cash, credit card or check. If you would like to pay by check, please make the check payable to US-China Chamber of Commerce. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. Please note that a 4.9% credit card fee applies to the total cost.

​

Any additional work required to complete a visa in a timely manner may be subjected to an additional charge. For example, additional trips to the Consulate or personal passport delivery.

USCCC can ship the completed passport, Russian visa and receipt using the applicant's FedEx or UPS shipping account. If the applicant does not have a shipping account, we will charge a shipping fee to cover the cost of shipping. The estimated shipping cost is $32.50.
